Free Delivery To Store

Orders online are available for collection at your local JJB Sports store. Delivery is FREE and you can collect your item(s) at a time convenient for you. After you have placed your order, you will be contacted to let you know when your item(s) are ready to pick up.

In order to take advantage of this service, follow these options:

• Locate your nearest store from the next screen where you will be asked to enter your Post Code
• Choose the store you want your goods to be delivered to

You will receive an order confirmation email detailing the contents of your order. If your order is a collect in store order, you will also receive another email when your order is in store ready to be collected.

To collect your order from your chosen store, please take along the order number or a printout of the order confirmation along with a form of personal identification (e.g. driving license, passport, utility bill, credit or debit card).

Please Note: Your order must be collected within 28 days of the store receiving your goods otherwise you will risk having your items delivered back to the JJB fulfilment centre.

When you place an order online, we will send you a confirmation email (within 24 hours) to acknowledge receipt of your order. Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, we will send you an Order Despatched email to confirm your order progress.

Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon despatch of the goods to you at which point the purchase contract is made.

Once your order has been confirmed, you can track your orders online at http://jjb.myhdnl.co.uk. Simply add your Unique Parcel Identifier (UPI) and Postcode to see the current progress of your delivery.

Payments

We currently accept payments from PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Electron.

We are unable to accept credit [or debit] cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained by JJB Sports.

Cancellations

All item(s) are subject to stock availability. If for any reason the goods are no longer available we will notify you immediately cancel the item from your order and refund you in full. Unfortunately, items may be cancelled from your order if we are unable to locate them during our picking process. The most common reason is that we no longer have that item in stock.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not progressed too far into the order process, it may be possible to cancel your whole order. To cancel a recent order, please call our Customer Services team on 0871 641 2290. Please quote your order number and state clearly that you would like your whole order cancelled. Calls will only be dealt with during our Customer Service opening hours which are:

Restricted Access

Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, JJB Sports Plc or any carriers delivering on behalf of us MUST be informed of ANY restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles.

This includes but not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery.

JJB Sports Plc will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions.

Installations

JJB Sports Plc does not provide an installation service on home deliveries.

Late Deliveries

We or our carriers will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.

Warranties

All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you are using any of the products in an environment other than in a residential house you must check to see if the product you are purchasing has a warranty for the environment you are going to use it in.

For example a product with a "home use" warranty will have no warranty whatsoever if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you are unsure as to which classification of usage you require please ask & we will be happy to check if the products are suitable.

No manufacturer's warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use or if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide reasonable & necessary care.

Warranties also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you require clarification of the terms for particular products we will be happy to supply these for you.

Colour Reproduction

The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation between the on screen and actual product colours. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

 

Replica shirts with name/number printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the garment is faulty. After personalisation has been added to a replica shirt, we accept no responsibility if a player leaves the squad, his name/number is changed or if official league badges are changed.

2. Conduct of participation: by signing up for JJB mobile, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the official mobile rules. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to undermine the legitimate operation of JJB mobile may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Release of liability: by participating (all those who provide a mobile phone number) agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the participants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of JJB mobile, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, misuse or any JJB mobile services.
