We all know it can be hard these days to live a happy, healthy life but JJB Sports and Change4Life can help. We understand that in order to maintain a healthy weight we need to both eat better and move more. Many families are already making changes that will help them live healthier and longer lives.

Active kids are happy kids – they like to be up and about, running around and having fun. In fact kids need to do at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day that gets their heart beating faster than usual.

It doesn't matter how your kids get their 60 active minutes a day - in fact variety is good.
Different activities are good for different aspects of their health such as cycling, roller skating,
skate boarding and skipping.
