Delivery Information
All online orders will delivered by Home Delivery Network (HDNL).
Your first online order must go to the address of the registered card holder. For any subsequent orders, you are permitted to use an alternative delivery address.
Please note: all goods will require a signature upon collection.
If you are unable to collect/sign for your goods, please send the order to a different address. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been despatched.
Online Returns
If you have bought your item(s) at JJB Sports Online, you can return your item(s) to us within 28 days. To return to online, please use the following address:

It's FREE to return your items to any JJB Sports store!
If you have bought your item(s) at a JJB Sports store, you can return your item(s) to any store within 28 days. To return to store simply present your goods and despatch note at any of our stores, and one of our staff will be happy to process your exchange or refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card, if you do not have the original payment card with you, the advisor may offer you an exchange.
