Delivery Options
Depending upon what you have ordered, your order may arrive in more than one delivery. However, you will only pay one delivery charge for the whole of the order. Please look in the My Account section of the website to check whether your order has been despatched. If at any time you believe your package may have been lost whilst in transit please contact onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com or telephone the UPS helpline on 01772 456925. Please note that all customers reporting a missing delivery or claiming a part of their delivery to be missing must do so by contacting onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com or phoning the UPS helpline (01772 456925) within 14 days of the expected delivery date. All claims for missing or short deliveries made after this 14 day period will be considered invalid.
1. Free Delivery

www.jjbsports.com offer free standard delivery for all orders valued at £50 or over with the exception of some products from the “Bikes”, "As Seen On TV" and “Fitness Equipment” ranges. Delivery charges for the items which are exceptions to the free delivery for goods totalling £50 or over offer will be displayed at the Checkout stage of the transaction process.
2. Standard Delivery (within two working days)

Available for all products except Bikes (see Bike Delivery terms below) and Fitness Equipment (see Fitness Equipment Delivery terms below) and those that feature in the As Seen on TV section. As Seen on TV products carry an additional charge which will be added at Checkout and, unless stated, will be delivered within two working from the order being processed.

3. Saturday Delivery

Available throughout the UK, including Highlands, Offshore UK Islands and Northern Ireland.

Receive your parcel by noon on Saturday. To receive this service you must order before Midnight on the Thursday prior to the desired delivery date. Please allow an extra day if you have selected shirt printing.

Please note that we regret that we are unable to provide a Saturday delivery service for fitness equipment, "As Seen on TV" products and bikes.
Bank Holidays
In the event that an order is placed for after 12.00 noon on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, this delivery would then be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday. If a delivery order was placed after 12.00 noon on the Thursday prior to the Easter Bank Holiday, this order would be delivered by 5.00pm on the Wednesday.
4. British Forces Posted Overseas
We regret that we are unable to provide a delivery service for BFPO.
5. Bike Delivery (usually 5 working days UK mainland)
Please do not destroy the packaging in the event you need to return the item.
Please note that this service requires the recipient's signature as proof of delivery. The carrier will leave a calling card in the event of a failed delivery attempt. If the recipient does not contact the carrier within 5 days of the delivery attempt to arrange re-delivery, the consignment will be returned to JJB.

6. Fitness Equipment Catalogue Stock
Orders are delivered to the customer's main entrance in mainland United Kingdom only.
Please see individual products for delivery details.
Equipment offered for sale in the JJB Fitness Catalogue is for domestic use only, unless otherwise stipulated.
JJB Sports plc shall not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury arising as a result of the use of the equipment for any other purpose.
All products featured in this Fitness Equipment catalogue are subject to availability.
Under exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to supply products which may vary slightly from the products illustrated.
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% and are in pounds sterling.
Under exceptional circumstances we may have to make adjustments to the prices or specification stated. Errors and omissions excepted.
7. Returns policy
JJB Sport’s returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date, JJB Sports will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 28 day period, after inspection of the goods JJB Sports will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods JJB Sports will return them to the purchaser. If a customer’s preference is to return goods to their local JJB store this is acceptable provided that all the rules stated above are adhered to and you take the order confirmation e-mail with you which details the price which was paid for the goods when purchased. Please note that refunds processed in JJB stores must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given.
To arrange to return goods contact onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com.To return bikes ordered online contact onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com and they will instruct you of the returns process and refunding procedure.
When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.
Please note that for hygiene reasons gum shields, drinks bottles, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
